There are many reasons that somebody selects a mate or a boy or girlfriend. Does she resemble your mother or have a certain similarity to your first girlfriend? Some people have very positive partnering patterns and usually manage to pick a partner based on real present data as to what works for them in a relationship rather than on remembered unfulfilled attractions from the past.
