This workbook is the syllabus for a one-day workshop that includes the whole small group, not just group leaders. During the workshop, the members of your groups will take a self-assessment on the health of their group (in the areas of prayer, community, evangelism, and discipleship) and then work as a team to develop a four-month plan of action. This kind of group-assessment and planning dramatically increases the level of participation in group life and meetings for every member that attends. It also reduces burnout in leaders.
