Questions women deal with every day, they are at the heart of Sisters in our Soul, a story of two generations of college girls, one in the 1920s, the other in the '70s. Each wrestles with society's misperceptions and both find answers at a college for girls. Nazareth College, destined to be a premier place for "the higher education of women", grows into the 'learning ground' where Evelyn's Jazz Age friends gamble their futures on a tiny school in the flourishing city of Rochester. So from the beginning, they recognize the need to do well, so no one can deny their contention for the title of "Jewel in the Crown" amidst the area's superior colleges. A "David and Goliath" odyssey, their story is a testament to groups of women whose drive reaches for the impossible. And what of the women who come later? What of Calinda and her group? Equally determined and just weeks out of high school, they arrive in the fall of 1970. There they find themselves on a razor's edge of more change than they can imagine!
