Web 2.0, the second generation of World Wide Web, has had a profound impact on the services of academic libraries. Its philosophy of two-way communication has made users more closer to library staff. This book is an outcome of the author's postdoctoral research at the Department of Information Studies, Graduate School of Education and Information Studies, University of California, Los Angeles, USA.
