Paul Bryce never screwed around.
It's a point he has to make, again and again, because at the heart of the story of why his marriage fell apart, there is the accusation that he was unfaithful. He never was. But his ex wouldn't have it.
And the hits keep coming.
Paul's marriage has ended, but so has his career. And now he finds himself homeless, broke, and struggling just to figure out what to do next. Using what little money he has left, he finds a rundown rental home in a bad part of town. It isn't much, but it is a roof over his head.
As Paul is picking up the pieces of his life, trying to get a fresh start, he meets Monica--a single mother who is struggling to get her own life together.
The two hit it off, and it's looking like a positive turn for Paul. But that's when things start going wrong.
And weird.
There's a stain on the wall of Paul's bedroom. A stain that looks like a face. And that face has a message for him:
