His first semester is brilliant, but his world begins to fall apart when he confesses in his sleep to strangers at a party. The strangers run and tell everyone and a rumor is circulated. Pushed to the breaking point, he attemps suicide and is hospitalized. At the end of recovery the psychologist ask Jacob why do the patients trust you? He replies, I helped them find freedom!
