To bring true positive change, one must know where to properly begin. This is also the case for discovering our true inner spirituality; one must know where to find it. Taking the first step of love is ultimately the path forward, and ends up leading to the discovery of our higher-self. The healing words contained within are to assist in breaking down the ego and the chaotic mind; to lead towards peace, stillness, and a higher consciousness. Guiding the path forward towards enlightenment, ascension, and the core truth about what our spirituality is, and what we truly are as Divine beings. This is to help humanity remember what it needs to move forward towards harmony and its unification. Because we are all One, and it's time we remember this; to positively change the course of humanity forever.

The egos' functioning in the mind is broken down and explains how the ego affects us in our daily life. Through the healing of our minds' past, we begin to tap into the frequency of the true, infinite beings we are. We experience different realities based upon our perception: our perceptions are based upon our beliefs of self which distorts how we view the world. Our inner separation creates the space preventing our inner sight and the connectivity to our Oneness with everything.
By understanding the ego, balancing of the mind/body/spirit, and freeing ourselves from an illusionary past and future, we gain unlimited possibility to live in the Now. This allows us to see through the clearer lens of love, with a deeper understanding of what we are as eternal beings.
