Is the author right to stigmatize the mercantilism of the sponsors of the research carried out within the framework of the famous convergence of Nanotechnologies, Biotechnologies, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science (NBIC), to the point of considering that the philosophical label of this scientific-cultural movement serves as a simple commercial slogan ?
