After the events of C Troop, 1/5 Kommando Book 3: Operation Dark Angel, the team is sent to investigate the appearance of a mysterious ship attacking pirate bases. After witnessing the attack, the team, along with another Kommando team, investigates the identity of the mysterious ship.
