What you are reading is a literary analysis — these are not Paul Éluard's direct words, but a scholarly interpretation of his poem The Mirror of a Moment. This passage explores how Éluard uses surrealist techniques such as lexical inversion, hypallage, and symbolic imagery to evoke the female body as a poetic landscape—enigmatic, sensual, and emotionally vibrant.
