There are more than 60 new images, 56 additional pages, and 8,300 new words of text. Text is also updated throughout. This edition features an additional foreword by John Bertrand, the Australian skipper who won the 1983 America's Cup, as well as three new chapters and five more boats in the boat design chapter. The colour separation has been redone in order to make colours more vibrant.
