Based on this perspective, we have gathered various factors together and can map out the individuals’/teams’ changeDNA.
This “individual/team changeDNA” toolbox contains the building blocks for this changeDNA. It consists of 26 facets that can be made tangible using a set of cards.
As the coach or manager, you can use these to get down to work with your employees or teams. As a professional, they will help you in your further development.
The working methods that we present along with these give you the methods for getting rid of the taboo around these themes. You create a constructive, open climate based on this. Together, you actively work on your colleagues’ and/or teams’ changeDNA.
