A female Chinese mystic and her monstrous maid who see a far greater use for the haughty and conceited Englishman than that of husband!

The triad concludes with "The Shaming of Purbeck" and Ms Bessancort's homage to the late and great Robert Louis Stevenson in her tale of a Victorian scientist obsessed with the eradication of evil via chemical mean...
