Each fantasy location is versatile enough to incorporate into their existing worlds using any popular fantasy RPG ruleset, such as Dungeons & Dragons or Pathfinder.

The Creative Game Master's Guide to Extraordinary Locations & How to Design Them also features 30 full-color, full-page maps, rendered by the talented cartographer Arturo Gómez Martínez (aka Nerdy Maps), that are sure to capture the imagination of GMs and players alike. These high-resolution maps are also made available in digital format for purchasers. Compelling Adventure Ideas are also included for each location, enabling GMs to employ engaging hooks for the players to visit, and to give them enough exploration, roleplaying and combat opportunities to drive at least one entire session of gameplay per location. GMs who are short on time can also use the Adventure Paths provided to link various locations together and play an entire adventure or mini-campaign, without having to do any additional preparation.
