The individual stories of the members, their damaged and damaging lives link themes of fear, sexual betrayal, abuse and loneliness. Amongst the smallness of their very human concerns there is a genuine terror, a man haunted by his past; the violence and madness of which bleeds into the lives of the choir. This is a tragedy strongly laced with humour.
