Bezaleel was a young man with whom most Bible believers are unfamiliar. He is one of the lost treasures. He was not a pastor, prophet, missionary, or gospel
singer; he was a craftsman. He left behind a powerful testimony of how the LORD can use laymen. God told Moses that He had given him Bezaleel to "...make all that I have
commanded thee..." (Exodus 31:6b). The purpose of Bezaleel's life was to help God's man. He influenced many men and women in his day and helped them find
their place in the LORD's work. He taught people how to help God's man accomplish what the LORD had given him to do. Those who help and encourage God's man will find themselves in a spiritual warfare with the forces of evil. The more valuable someone is to the LORD's work, the more intense the conflict.
Bezaleel built, with the help of all wise hearted people, the Tabernacle in the wilderness. God's final word about him is very powerful. Exodus 38:22, "And Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, made all that the LORD commanded Moses."
May the LORD use these lessons to build men who can stand with God's man and accomplish God's will on this earth.
