Omschrijving

The conflict between Hangman and his father erupts off the charts after Hangman and Mora return from their time trapped in the Angler Valley. The safety and security of the band Hangman worked so hard to rejoin turns into his worst nightmare when his father begins to suspect that Hangman is trying to take over and overthrow his father as Kral of the band.

With tensions at the breaking point and the other warriors speaking openly against Shadow's decisions, a new, more ruthless and powerful enemy Clan threatening the band is exactly what the Godless don't need right now. The band will need all of Hangman's strength, speed, cunning, and strategy to keep everyone alive—but what happens when his own father turns against him and stops him from fighting to protect those he loves?

The result will lead to a much bigger disaster the likes of which no one in the band has ever seen before. Hangman and his father can no longer peacefully coexist. One of them must challenge the other—which means one of them will rise to become Kral. The other will die.
