His favorite companion is Baby Star, a bright and joyful little girl who shares something special with him: they were born on the very same day.

But everything begins to change when a group of Buddhist monks arrives in Mississippi during their walk for peace. While others see only a peaceful journey, the truth is far more profound. The monks are searching-for Mushak.

Guided by prayer and ancient spiritual wisdom, they know that a remarkable mouse, connected to Lord Ganesha, has been born far from his parents' homeland. And as Mushak begins to feel an unexplainable pull toward a place he has never seen, he must face a life-changing question:
