But since it leaves no marks on the body, the penal codes of countries, even here in the "First World," lacks classification of it as a "crime or criminal offense," and therefore it is not penalized. Until when?! Women, mothers, children deserve protection, even if the authorities, judges, and the State itself deny it and turn a blind eye.
