In the present investigation of two MFIs Sanchetna and Nirmaan Bharati in both the MFIs the interest rate charged by Sanchetna Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is 15% in flat form 46 weeks and 29% in fixed form for 32 weeks but the interest rate charged by Nirmaan Bharati is 15.6% in flat form for 50 weeks in first cycle borrowers loan amount 3,200 but the interest rate charged by Nirmaan Bharati is 15.9% flat form for 50 weeks in second cycle borrowers loan amount 10,000.
