Artist Davide De Angelis actively collaborated with David Bowie for more than seven years, working together on the visual elements for the Outside and Earthling albums as well as design on art shows, books, and more. The Starman Tarot is inspired by De Angelis and Bowie's creative interactions, a technoshamanic deck charged with elements of sacred geometry, world mystery traditions, and sacred futurism.

In the spirit of Davie Bowie's lifelong metamorphosis, this fully "Remastered" second-edition Starman is the next evolution of the original. Starman Tarot: Remastered features a new card back design and updated and redesigned card images, as well as adjusted card sizing to capture peripheral artwork not visible in the original. Added design elements include handwritten notes and sketches exchanged between the author and Bowie during their artistic collaborations, skillfully woven and abstracted into the deck artworks.

The comprehensive guidebook from Davide and Esther De Angelis has also been significantly revised, reflecting updates to the cards, providing new insights, and with additional anecdotes on working with Bowie.
