Churches do not disappear. They evolve alongside society. This is also true for the small Protestant church in Belgium. In this volume, around ten theologians share their perspectives on this process of transition.
They interpret what is happening and offer alternatives. All are affiliated with one of the two faculties for Protestant theology in Brussels: the French-speaking FUTP and the Dutch-speaking FPTR. They write in a language that unites them, about a church they deeply care about.
Prof.Dr. Johan Temmerman is the Dean of the FPTR in Brussels. He teaches religious studies at this faculty.
Prof. Dr Leendert-Jan Parlevliet specialises in religious education. He teaches practical theology at FPTR.
