
The concept of the "Shadow" was first mentioned by Carl Jung, and since then it has taken on a life of it's own. Through self awareness we can discover why certain things trigger us. Learning the causes of these triggers enable us to move past pain points and to stop reacting to life's events.
Even little things can seemingly become big issues, and this is because of what lurks in the shadows of our mind. Shine a light on these shadows and you start to see the full picture and ultimately a brighter future.
