In wake of the above quotes, those who thought 1983 was and remains as one of the most disruptive, destabilizing & dangerous years in world history in the post WW2 era; with a series of disruptive events rocking the Cold War era superpower confrontation to its peak marked by an acute Cold War paranoia, high stakes brinkmanship, near-miss nuclear events and significant geopolitical crises; are in for a rude reality check in 2026 in the Trump era 2.0.

If just 4 words were to be used to describe Trump's Presidency 2.0, they would be Disruption, Chaos, Anarchy & Disorder. The post WW2 World Order carefully orchestrated & structured to ensure peace & stability is being effectively dismantled, teared down & almost blown apart to smithereens by Trump with loads of dynamite & RDX to a devastating effect for America as well as the rest of the world with 9 million Americans, or 3% of the population, thronging the streets of all 50 U.S. States as part of #NoKings 3.0 protests against Trump's authoritarian drift & War in Iran in late March 2026.

NATO, the bulwark of the West against Russian belligerence since 1949, is rickety & almost in shambles while all the Cold War era nuclear & arms arms control treaties & rhetoric have virtually evaporated with the traditional sense of the world order which has been upended besides the global defence spending which is at unprecedented heights unseen since the Cold War era while the pursuit of structural dialogue & diplomacy for conflicts & disputes resolution has been effectively hijacked by the opportunistic & trigger happy jingoists from authoritarian regimes as well as pseudo autocrats ruling democracies.

The U.S.-Israel-initiated opportunistic war in the Middle East on Iran has rocked the entire world with the tremors of soaring energy prices, acute economic pain for the world & extensive damage to energy infrastructure in the Gulf region which will take years to repair & recover from while creating a significant impact on and threat to the world economic growth.

A full blown nuclear & conventional arms race is already on, fuelled by geopolitical shifts driven by Russian threat to Europe and U.S.-China strategic power competition, and emergence of disruptive tech led by AI, Autonomy, Quantum Computing and advances in Biosciences.

This work, thus, intends to decipher & make sense of the Trumpian world disorder 2.0 in one of the most turbulent years ever in the post WW2 world by analyzing the tectonic Technological, Economic & Geopolitical shifts underway, method behind the madness of the madman wielding the flamethrower while assessing the fallout of it's ramifications for America and the World while also projecting the broad contours of the emerging world order.
