The Onomasticon Turcicum presents an enormous collection of scholarship conducted by the renowned Hungarian Turkologist László Rásonyi. The bulk of the work contains an exhaustive categorization system which divides the names into three primary groups: commemorative names, desiderate or intentional names, and fortuitous names, which are then further divided into more specific groups.
