John Baker is a professional water diviner covering Greater London, SE England and East Anglia. He discovered the ability to dowse in 1993, quite by chance, and then embarked on a great new adventure, initially working with local archaeologists as he developed his confidence in his new-found skills. Older human habitations usually required access to a well for themselves and animals, and his fact led to him trying to find out if the well tapped into an underground spring or aquifer. John's fascination with water and how to access it grew year by year, while the demand for private water supplies has increased. Over this career as a dowser, John has been a guest on four TV programmes, including BBC 2 and Sky, and his first book, Adventures of a 21s Century Dowser' has proved to be reliable resource for those who wish to learn this skill. This volume builds on that, while also delving into the background history of this subject and sharing further personal stories and amusing anecdotes.
