The Musée des Beaux-Arts and the Musée National de l’Automobile – Schlumpf Collection are hosting the first retrospective exhibition in France of the work of Swiss artist Luigi Pericle (Basel, 1916 – Ascona, 2001).
Born to an Italian father and a French mother, Luigi Pericle was an illustrator, painter, writer and much more. A renowned artist in the 1960s, he proved to be a prolific painter before retiring from the world to devote himself to his art and esoteric research.
