A woman claims that a man recently assaulted a young girl. A man did attempt to SA a teenager, but I want to assure you that, despite what that annoying lady who works at the orange store claims, he did NOT succeed. It was still scary for the young girl even though she got away from him, though. This scene is not described in the book at all. All that is said is that it happened, and then Harper finds out the girl got away.

You should also know that there is physical violence in this book when a drunk man comes to the Landing. Our characters are going to help each other get through this.
