In recent years, more and more promoters that operate in the area of vocational training and human resources are becoming involved in cooperation schemes with organizations from other Member states of the European Union, in particular under the Community programmes and initiatives. What is the significance of these schemes to them and what benefits do they derive therefrom ? What effects and results do the cooperation schemes and the ensuing partnerships produce ?
