Chris is co-author of five Shingo award-winning books, including Leading Excellence: The 5 Hats of the Adaptive Leader, and editor of Enterprise Alignment and Results.Stephen Dargan

Stephen is a transformational leader with over 20 years' experience across Australia and Europe. A Shingo Institute Academy Member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Cardiff University). Stephen has led high-performing teams across banking, financial services and mining, driving sustainable growth and customer-focused cultures. He is co-author of the Shingo Award-winning book Leading Excellence: The 5 Hats of the Adaptive Leader.

Brad Jeavons

Brad is a facilitator and coach who helps organisations build cultures of continuous improvement and innovation. He is host of the Enterprise Excellence Podcast and Community and author of Agile Sales: Delivering Customer Journeys of Value and Delight. A certified Lean Competency System trainer and Shingo Institute Academy Member, Brad is co-author of the Shingo Award-winning book Leading Excellence.

Dr Indrajit Ray

Dr Indrajit Ray is a passionate advocate for developing people and evolving organisations through human-centred transformation. With over 20 years' experience, he leads enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence, aligning people, processes and performance to deliver sustainable results. He works across all organisational levels and holds a PhD in Process Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.
