Ghislane knocked and waited for a booming voice to call 'come in!" Then she pushed the door open and stepped back for Hannah to enter.

The young woman wasn't sure what to expect but Dr Webster's office was huge. He was sat behind a big walnut desk at the far end and beckoned her over. "Come on in, young lady," he smiled. "I don't usually bite my patients!" He had a warm manner that immediately put Hannah at ease. She walked over and sat where he indicated, in the big easy chair in front of the desk, sub-consciously crossing her legs as she tried to avoid revealing her most private area to the doctor early.

Dr Webster leant forward and made a temple with his fingers. "So, Hannah. What exactly can I do for you now?"

Hannah took a deep breath. "I think I need my face doing, like Miley Cyrus or Millie Bobby Brown…"

"Okay. I'm going to need all of that make-up scraping off before I can make an assessment though," the doctor smiled. "Anything else?"

"Well, me tits are too wee small and I need a butt lift. Och, and a tummy tuck," she added hopefully.

"These we can look at. Pop your robe over the chair and stand up for me."

He was asking her to strip naked in front of them both, in this big office. It seemed the most outrageous thing in the world, but Hannah found herself following his instructions to the letter. She stood up, opened her robe and slipped it off, hanging it over the chair. Then she stood with her arms by her sides, feeling her face burning red, as she revealed her body to the doctor.
