Omschrijving

Zelda has worked at the colony for two years, getting ready for the mining and forestry that would begin to shape the world. When she receives notice that her daughter's vessel is heading toward Aten, she knows it's time to get going. She has only one method of leaving the colony, so she engages it. She makes herself a target, and raiders take the bait.

Orex looks at the damage done to his colony offices and checks the casualty list. Only one person is missing, and when he checks her file, he nearly growls in fury. He looks at the pale and weak companion next to him and understands why others spoke so highly of their consorts. They were actually consort class. After some internal debate, he releases his companion from her contract and sends her to further her education so she can find a new career. With that done, he follows Zelda and tries to get to her before she's sold.
