Unfortunately the manuscript of the 'Wiener Logik' (Vienna Logic) was not discovered until all the plans for the Academy edition of Kant's collected works had almost been completed. The index volume attempts to show the significance of these little known lecture notes. Here as well, a lemmatized main index provides the entire language used in the lectures, a concordance facilitates the determination of places in the notes related to a certain subject, especially for those terms which are used often. About 20 pages of annotations establish the references to the 'Kritik der reinen Vernunft', (Critique of Pure Reason), the reflections in the literary remains as well as the other transcripts and supplement the bibliographies of the Academy edition. In addition, the volume also corrects errors in this edition which alter the meaning in numerous places.
