Created in collaboration with HEK, Haus der elektronischen Künste a young institution from Basel dedicated to digital culture and curated by HEK director Sabine Himmelsbach and Boris Magrini, this exhibition demonstrates that precisely where other strategies fail, art can open up new perspectives.
