Getting the balance of motivation, realism and direction right can be difficult. Employment has to be more than just a 'job'. Factoring it in as a positive change means enabling someone to find a position which incorporates, or encourages, their interests. It is this which garners the client's interest and increases their motivation to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
