Dayton Steele's family and company have come under attack, but so has the United States Government.

Dayton is the vice-president of SSI and has been under attack before, but not like this. He sits in the safe house looking at his brothers, the two women who have stolen the hearts of two of his brothers, and a woman that he can't seem to get a handle on.

Kelley Thompson has a past that no one is expecting. She has been working with the Steeles to find out who has been threatening the United States. Kelley works at a high-security job in the Pentagon, but recently she came to the Steele Ranch with her co-worker, Amanda Briggs, to find a ghost threat. The enemy is there, then they are gone.
