Who would you be ready to drop everything for? How many such meaningful people do you have in your life? I happen to have one. A very good friend, a woman with whom I've never been intimate, a woman who has haunted my dreams for years. Even though she was aware of my feelings for her, I'd never had the courage to really confront her with them. Now, with her life in the balance, this friend needs something very different from me.

Warning: this is a much longer story than I usually write and it's definitely in the romantic category. There's a very long sex-less preliminary between two characters with a rich past. Also, while there isn't complete anal sex in this story, there's a touch of it.
