Mise en concurrence, différenciation sociale, double marché du travail, migrations, tertiarisation, individualisation et flexibilité : le monde du travail a changé. Les bastions combatifs du salariat et les milieux professionnels protégés sont plus isolés et fragilisés qu'hier.

Pourtant, le conflit au travail est loin d'être absent, comme l'ont rappelé les mobilisations contre la loi Travail en 2016. Il épouse différents contextes et prend de nouvelles formes qui s'apparentent parfois plus à de la résistance qu'à un conflit classique.
