Omschrijving

After the navy loses all communication with a submarine, Sergeant Kate Burton, an expert in encrypted communications accustomed to working comfortably behind a desk, is sent to the Dakota, a training frigate near the location of the last contact.

Her mission is to try to intercept any signal that might belong to the missing submarine. What she cannot imagine is that she will end up in the water, floating among the Dakota's debris after an explosion caused by the impact of a vessel of unknown origin.

The rescue operation of the few survivors is entrusted to Commander Hays.

It seems like a simple mission, if it weren't for the fact that the vessel is hostile and has just reduced to dust the first reconnaissance helicopter she sent to the area.

Faced with a threat whose proportions they don't know and considering the few survivors from the Dakota, her orders are to attack the vessel with all her arsenal and eliminate the problem at its root. Everything else is collateral damage.

However, this won't be so simple, because Commander Hays, an expert in naval warfare, has promised Kate Burton that she will get her out of there, and she always keeps her word.
