Clara In Blunderland is a novel written by Caroline Lewis and first published in 1902. The book is a parody of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and follows the story of Clara, a young girl who falls asleep and finds herself in a strange world called Blunderland. In Blunderland, Clara encounters a variety of bizarre and nonsensical characters, including a talking pig, a giant caterpillar, and a grinning Cheshire cat. She also has several surreal and confusing experiences, such as growing and shrinking in size and attending a trial where the judge is a kangaroo. Throughout her journey, Clara tries to make sense of the strange and illogical world she finds herself in, and ultimately learns important lessons about growing up and taking responsibility for oneself. The book is often praised for its clever wordplay, inventive characters, and satirical take on Victorian society.
