This book goes through the level 2 medicine ball routine and the level 2 boxing mitt routine. The level 2 mitt routine you start working on some basic defense. In Bolinger boxing program, we don't just teach blocking as a single act, we teach block and counter. There is also a chapter that has a more advanced heavy bag routine.
