Billy Bison est fier d'être toujours propre et soigné. Mais il a un problème de plus en plus grave: ses cheveux. Alors que le salon de coiffure et tous les autres commerces sont fermés, tout ce que Billy peut faire, c'est de charger son rocher avec frustration. Et pendant ce temps, ses cheveux continuent de pousser.
