And Everything in Between is how I've navigated my life so far from my past, but also my present & future selves. My collection of poetry, acknowledges living between these worlds inspired by songs, movement, colors, shapes, love, scents, observations, mindfulness, emptiness, revelations, disappointments, frustrations, confusion, surrender, courage and blind faith. And even when you can't find all the answers, you can still take refuge in hearing yourself out and trusting this new space to heal and grow.
