Mafalda and her friends are like a small family, one in which they all have their roles established, with their agreements and disagreements, their antics, which always manage to make us crack a smile. They play and lose, but they also discuss politics, school, how they would do things, and they wonder why adults, in all their might, don't move an inch to try and change the world. And even if their questions often make grownups uncomfortable, they are still enormously relevant today, useful to help us examine the world around us.
