Who seeks and craves dark power. He acquires an ancient object which contains immense power. Their pursuit of him becomes perilous, when Maricus opens and releases the contents of the object, which contains an ancient demon with no physical form, and thereby needs a body to host itself. Will the Captain willingly accept being possessed by the demon, in order to fulfil his unquenchable desire for power, and if so what are the implications for the people of the land? Once the warriors' discover the full extent of Maricus' plans, they go in search of the one person, said to hold information on the whereabouts of one of the most powerful, of the five ancient powers, in the hopes she may aid them. The question arises as to whether this woman even exists. Time is not on the side of the warriors, ' darkness has already begun to threaten and corrupt the natural health and beauty of the land and its people. The quest takes the warriors' and their enemy across land, sea, and time. Alliances are sought and battles and survival are constant. As each side unequivocally believes it's their absolute purpose and right to prevail, making them un-relentless.
