
First opus of a collection directed by Professor Ghislaine Azémard,
the book 100 notions for crossmedia is intended for communications
and marketing professionals and students in the broad sense but
also for those active in digital development and intent on delving
into the latest trends and uses.
The interdisciplinary nature of this work makes it accessible and
pertinent for readers of various training and expertise, social
sciences, graphic arts, IT development and communication
materials. The encyclopedia is built like an intersectorial vademecum
for those involved in digital issues, changing traditional media and
editorial strategies of emerging strategies. It consistently addresses
the structural concepts of new communication uses, particularly
crossmedia, social networks, virality, copyright, profiling,
touchscreens, connected (smart) television and communicating
objects. It is structured using a horizontal application vision that
facilitates interdisciplinary and international collaboration.
This work meets the needs of those intent on sharing a common
base of international knowledge to be pragmatically used in
exercising various professions. This initiative is organized based
on a logic that is itself crossmedia and based on a collaborative

Chinese versions).
The purpose of this work and its coordinated digital complements is
to provide a scientifically cohesive tool, which presents a conceptual
map corresponding to the reorganization of media defined.
